Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. One question here with this form finished, do you send IRs their copy or do I need to do it myself? Pls respond a.s.a.p., I want to send it today if I need to do this. Thanks, Janet Mac Neal

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Step 1: Inspect Your Home for Necessary Repairs. Water damage or rot. Step 2: Clean the Logs. You will want to clean the logs of dust and stains, but avoid using chlorine bleach. Step 3: Stain and Finish the Logs. Finish your logs with a stain or clear finish to preserve them. Step 4: Seal the Logs.
The costs attached to restoring a log home vary depending on the extent of work necessary, the size of the home, and other circumstances. Based on national estimates, the cost of renovating a log home may range from about $15,000 to upward of $100,000. The process can also be a lengthy one.
For a typical 1,500 square foot home, the price tag for this type of log cabin maintenance may run anywhere from $3,000 to $7,500. Homes that are not maintained properly may sustain damage. Wood that rots must be replaced when the resealing occurs, raising the cost even more.
The short answer is, you should stain your log home or cabin every 3 to 7 years depending on the kind of stain you use and how much your cabin gets exposed to things like wind, rain, sun, hail, and other harmful elements. Let's dive in further to help you figure out exactly how often to stain your log cabin or home.
It is true, most traditional log homes have a high level of maintenance involved. Log homes will settle, and check (crack) and many will have insect issues (because of moist wood). This results in plenty of maintenance, including caulking, and chinking.
Permalink offers two products for removing older stains and finishes. S-100 Finish Remover and Strip It Finish Remover. You should apply the finish remover from bottom to top and give it a little time to work on the stain. Then rinse it off with a power washer.
This can be easily removed by using several methods: Italic Acid For black nail stains you can use italic acid and water. A cup of italic acid in a gallon of warm water is the best mixture for normal stains.
You can use a stiff-bristled scrub brush to remove varnish from fancy, curved details. Some stain may linger after scraping. To remove it, dampen a soft, fine-grade steel-wool pad with more paint stripper and rub it against the wood, following the wood grain, then wipe off the softened stain with a rag.
