Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

Consult your local zoning board to learn the depth of the frost line in your area and the building codes you must follow when constructing the footers. ... Spray paint the ground to mark the location of the trench for the footers. ... Excavate a trench between the two spray-painted lines that extends below the frost line.
Footers must be a minimum of 24 inches deep. There must be a minimum of 6 inches of concrete in the footer, 2 story home-8 inches deep.
The first step in building a block wall is pouring a concrete footing for the blocks to rest on. The footing has to be below frost line and as level as you can make it. For a foundation wall with 7 courses (rows) of block, the footing was 30 inches below grade, 24 inches wide and 12 inches deep.
Carson Barrett. Footers are concrete slabs placed in the ground underneath a building. The footers are placed beneath the frost line and provide support for the building's foundation while protecting it from the shifting that occurs from the freeze/thaw cycle.
Whereas the average depth of frost for our region is between 15 and 20 inches, the established depth frost line varies from 36 to 48 inches. So, the frost line is a “safe” distance beneath the surface of the ground where soil and anything laid within it will not be affected by freezing temperatures.
Dig trenches for your footings around the perimeter of your garage. Local building codes will specify the minimum depth and width of your trenches, but in general, the trenches should be at least 12 – 18 wide and minimum18 deep.
Mark off the location and size of the footers. ... Dig trenches for footers, making sure to dig below the frost line for your area. ... Construct a mold by creating a wood frame in which to pour the concrete. ... Pour concrete into footer molds. ... Level all footers using another piece of lumber.
The first step in laying the foundation is creating the “footers,” which are thin trenches dug along the outer perimeter of the foundation and then filled with concrete. The footers provide a steady ground for the foundation just like the foundation provides a steady ground for the mobile home.
The pier and beam system is the most popular foundation system for manufactured homes. ... With the pier and beam foundation system, anchors are driven into the ground to hold your home down against wind forces. The anchors go into the ground first and then steel straps are attached.
Mobile homes, also known as manufactured homes, are prefabricated homes that arrive at the home site already constructed. While these homes are manufactured in a factory, there still must be a foundation laid at the home site to provide stability for the structure.
