An Ultimate Timesaving Software I have never been bored using this software except for motivating me to give my maximum to the company. Once I am done with my PDF file, I just need to click one icon to send it to the respective recipient or recipients. Comprehensive icons on the right and left sidebars(panes) give a visually soothing experience and increase the efficiency of the work. Last but not least the privacy of the documents is guaranteed as the files can be password protected through this app. Indeed, the above-aforementioned aspects are only a few but there are plentiful advantageous features are available in this software, hence I highly recommend this software to use in your company or even personally. One of the most important features I personally like is the ''AUDIT TRAIL". This great aspect helps me to identify each and every change made to the initial report and it gives a comprehensive picture of the amendments executed to the initial report, hence the authenticity of the reports is enhanced. Another great benefit to almost all the users is the ''E-signature". Having this electronically done made signature simply replaced conventional writing email address as the E-sign. Once the signatures are uploaded to this application, you can easily click and select the saved original sign in electronic format. Sign-in through the mobile application is somewhat not effective. Our staff has experienced Android devices sending an error message and need to try a few times to access through a mobile device; thus the quality of this software is never sabotaged because the value we are generating from this application is abundant compared to this minor issue. We never experienced any difficulty in using this software on our computers.

The Form ID is an electronic application that all new filers must complete before gaining access to EDGAR. All new entities (individuals or companies) complete Form ID in order to obtain access codes that permit them to file SEC forms on EDGAR.
Your ten digit CIK number will appear in red print after your company name. You may also use the Company Database Search function at http://www.EdgarCompany.SEC.gov to find your CIK number. When you locate your CIK number, make note of it since you will need it to obtain EDGAR access codes and make electronic filings.
Important note: Filer access codes are required to submit any filing to the SEC via EDGAR and should be obtained in advance. Although the SEC sometimes issues codes the same day the notarized document is received, it may take as long as 3 to 4 business days to receive the codes.
A Central Index Key or CIK number is a number given to an individual or company by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The number is used to identify the filings of a company, person, or entity in several online databases, including Computer and EDGAR.
All new entities (individuals or companies) complete Form ID in order to obtain access codes that permit them to file SEC forms on EDGAR. Each entity (individual or company) required to file on EDGAR must have its own central index key (CIK) number, which serves as the logon ID for EDGAR.
The company can compile the information using a paper version of Form D before entering it online. To file a Form D, visit the SEC's Online Forms Login page and log in using the company's CIK number and EDGAR access codes. Once logged in, choose Form D under Make a Filing in the top left corner.
SEC EDGAR filing codes are used to submit documents to the EDGAR system in addition to accessing online tools and websites. These codes are created and provided when a company or insider registers with the SEC as an EDGAR filer. The CIK and CCC codes are used to make submissions to the SEC on behalf a filer.
SEC EDGAR Filer Access Codes are created by the SEC and provided when a company or individual registers with the SEC as an EDGAR filer. Filer codes are used to submit documents to the EDGAR system and provide access to online tools and secure SEC websites.
