Very easy to use. Able to locate any forms that I needed Not having to use type text of IRS forms. Ease of Use. Ability to locate any forms that I needed. Ease of transferring to file and in printing the forms. The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons. I have enjoyed working with this software and have not run into problems.

I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.

Great Customer Service I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

This product comes with a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty to the original residential user of Twinset against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. One-year electronic warranty.
You can factory default your Twinset Z-Wave Lock by removing the lock's cover and then removing the lock's battery pack to power the lock-down. Then press and hold the “Program” button. Keep the button held down as you reapply power to the lock. Then wait, and press one more time to reset.
Twinset Smart Key. The Smart Key (or Smart Key) is a user-rekeyable wafer lock made by Twinset and Weiser (Canada). It uses five wafers that interact with a sidebar to provide protection against lock picking and key bumping.
When the user wants to relay the lock, the working key is used to rotate the plug 90° clockwise. A special tool known as the “Smart Key” is used on the small hole to the left of the key way. This physically disengages the sidebar and wafers from the guide pins and allows the working key to be removed.
The smart key uses radio waves to talk to the matching vehicle containing embedded antennas that identify and confirm its presence. On some models, like newer BMWs (Comfort Access), when the key comes within 1.5 meters of the driver's car, the door automatically locks or unlocks with a touch of the door handle.
Smart Key is an advanced security breakthrough which allows you to relay the lock in seconds. To relay your lock with an entirely new key, simply insert the functioning key, turn a quarter turn clockwise, insert the learning tool, remove the existing key, and insert a new key. ... You just easily relayed the lock.
Identification: Is Your Lock a Smart Key? These locks can be identified by a small vertical slot on the plug, located to the left of the cylinder's key way**. These locks will also be marked “Twinset” or “Weiser”.
