To fill in a phone number field, simply click on it. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the phone number.

Enter the phone number in the desired format and click 'OK'. The phone number will be automatically inserted into the field.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any additional phone number fields in the form.

Once you have filled in all the phone number fields, review the form to ensure accuracy.

If needed, you can make any necessary edits by clicking on the phone number field and updating the information.
