It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

This has been an absolute time saver…
This has been an absolute time saver for complete differet typs of fire alarm reports from different forms and jurisdictions. I can't say how grateful I am for this service!

Excellent service
I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.

Overall I'm satisfied, however, the edit tool is giving me some trouble. While I can edit, my corrections are not being saved :0(

Excellent tool for managing and editing PDFs
This is a very convenient place to manage pdf documents. The lay out is simple and organized. I love that I can create templates and use those over and over as needed. Very handy tool.

Top quality all round
Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible.
Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity.
But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later.

How do I finish setup?
Within a few minutes, you'll get a “Pixel setup isn't done” notification. Tap Finish setup. For a few days, open your Settings app. At the top, tap Finish setup. After a while, you can always reset your phone. But that erases all your data.
How do I finish setting up my phone?
Tap the option to Set Up Apple Pay, Set Up Siri, Set Up iMessage or some such to continue. If you've skimped on more than one feature during the iOS 11 setup process, this option should be labeled Finish Setting Up. 4) On the next screen, choose the option to set up the feature at a later stage.
How do I finish setting up my iPhone?
Settings > Your Name > Sign out. Enter your password (this will turn off Find My iPhone which is ok) You will be asked what info your want to keep on device. Settings > Finish Setting Up Your iPhone. Follow the process, sign in with your Apple ID and password and finish all the steps.
