Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. This is a great way to upload or search documents to edit and type on. It's very easy to utilize this service. It's convenient and easy to fill in documents needed.

I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.

I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

I love using this when I have zoom IEP meetings! Makes it EXTREMELY easy to make the meeting more personal!

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
