My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Your help support is great! I would certainly recommend this company/service to anyone.

It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What do you like best?
I like that I can pretty quickly add fillable fields and combine documents. I create printable packs for travel and RV life and this program has been so great for finishing touches on products.
What do you dislike?
When I add other documents to an existing one (combining) it renames the document and also makes a new version. This means I sometimes have to search through all the "documents" and even open them up to find what I am looking for. It can be pretty annoying when working on a large document with 20+ pages.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the problem of needing a PDF editor. I initially needed it for signatures and filling out PDF forms for work. Then I started to use it for personal use in adding fillable fields to products I create, and bundling multiple pages together into PDF format.

Excellent Product
Makes nonstop-filling-out-documents projects go by quickly. Rare online product that not only works as intended, but includes most of the features you wouldn't expect it to have. The interface and options are also shockingly seamless. It's easy to print, save, share, download, etc pretty much any document from any screen.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

How is subsidy recapture calculated?
The federal subsidy recaptured is calculated by assessing the sale price of the home, the amount of interest the homeowner has in the residence, and other factors such as how much time passed between the close of the mortgage, whether the federally subsidized loan was paid off in full within four years of the closing,
What is a recapture fee?
The recapture is a tax provision that allows the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to collect taxes on any profitable sale of asset that the taxpayer had used to offset his or her taxable income. If after four years, the equipment is sold for $3,000, the business will have a taxable gain of $3,000 — $2,000 = $1,000.
What is a mortgage recapture fee?
A federal subsidy recapture is the repayment of all or part of a federal mortgage subsidy if the home is sold or otherwise disposed of within nine years of receiving a federally-subsidized loan.
How does recapture work?
Depreciation recapture is assessed when the sale price of an asset exceeds the tax basis or adjusted cost basis. The difference between these figures is thus “recaptured” by reporting it as ordinary income.
How do you calculate tax recapture?
Record the original purchase price of the asset. Compute the depreciation expense that you took or that was allowed. Subtract the taken or allowable depreciation expense from your original cost basis. Record the amount of your sales proceeds. Subtract your adjusted cost basis from your sales proceeds.
How do you avoid tax recapture?
4. 1031 exchange. If you sell rental or investment property, you can avoid capital gains and depreciation recapture taxes by rolling the proceeds of your sale into a similar type of investment within 180 days. This like-kind exchange is called a 1031 exchange after the relevant section of the tax code.
Do you have to pay back USDA subsidies?
Payment subsidies received on loans approved after October 1, 1979, are subject to recapture. This means that when the property is sold, transferred, or no longer occupied by the customer, all or part of the subsidy granted must be repaid to the government. Not all USDA Rural Development Loans are subject to recapture.
Can I pay off my USDA loan early?
Answer: No, you can move and sell your home anytime with USDA 502 Guaranteed Loan. The USDA mortgage does NOT have any prepayment or early payoff penalty. You can sell/pay off your loan whenever you like without restriction or fees. This is also the case with other Government-backed loans like FHA and VA.
