Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.

How do I complete exit counseling?
Select “Getting Loans” from the top navigation bar on the StudentLoans.gov home page and select “Counseling Demo.” Select “Exit Counseling” under “Choose Counseling Type.” You must log in to officially complete the counseling session (option 1 above).
How long do you have to complete exit counseling?
How long will it take? The entire counseling process must be completed in a single session. Most people complete counseling in 20-30 minutes.
What happens if I don't complete exit counseling?
You are violating a stipulation of taking out a federal loan by not completing your exit counseling, as federal law requires it. You will likely not understand all the terms and conditions of your loan. You will fail to get professional help with budgeting, repayment information, and information on accessing the HOLDS.
Do you have to complete exit counseling?
You must complete exit counseling each time you drop below half-time enrollment, graduate, or leave school and enter a repayment period.
When should I do exit counseling?
Graduate. Drop out of school. Drop below half-time at your school.

Federal Direct Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling It will cover the importance of repayment, the consequences of default, the use of the Master Promissory Note, and provide sample monthly repayment amounts. You can access the Entrance Counseling session online through the StudentLoans.gov website.
What is exit counseling and when do you complete this?
Exit counseling provides important information to prepare you to repay your federal student loan(s). If you have received a subsidized, unsubsidized or PLUS loan under the Direct Loan Program or the FEEL Program, you must complete exit counseling each time you: Drop below half-time enrollment. Graduate.
