I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Great!
I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet
This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

What happens if you total a one pay lease?
Although doing a single-pay pre-paid lease lets you avoid monthly payments, it has no other advantages. If your car is stolen or totaled, your insurance company pays the lease finance company the current market value of the vehicle, which in most cases is not enough to cover the remaining lease balance.
Is a one pay lease a good idea?
Just as there are three major advantages, a one-pay lease is still very uncommon, and isn't a good option for everyone. You do need to make the entire payment upfront and usually that is still tens of thousands of dollars so if you don't want to spend that much upfront, this isn't the best option for you.
Does a one pay lease make sense?
Besides saving money in interest costs, a single-pay lease might help you if you would not have otherwise qualified for leasing. A shopper who is new to the country with no credit history could find it hard to get a deal done. Offering to pay the whole lease balance up front will almost certainly get you approved.
What is a one pay lease?
A one pay lease, also known as a single pay or prepaid car lease, is similar to a standard lease in that you are purchasing the use of the vehicle only for a set period of time. The difference is that instead of making monthly payments throughout this period, the entire amount is paid at the beginning of the lease.
Can you pay a lease up front with bad credit?
Prepaying a car lease is, in effect, making a huge cash down payment. Many lease finance companies offer lower finance rates (money factor) for such leases. If you have poor credit, a single-pay lease may allow you to be approved for a lease for which you might not otherwise qualify.
Will I get money back if my lease car is totaled?
If your car is totaled, you will still be required to make normal lease payments until the claim is settled. Also, just like for a loan, if the market value of the vehicle is less than the amount owed on the lease, you will still need to pay the difference unless you have gap insurance.
What happens when your leased car is totaled?
If you're leasing your car, the insurer will pay the leasing company. If your car is worth more than you owe, you will be paid the balance. However, if you owe more than your car is worth, you still owe your lender the difference. A gap insurance policy, if you have one, can protect you from this risk.
Do I get money back if my car is totaled?
If your vehicle is totaled, and you still owe more than it's worth, your car insurance company will pay only actual cash value (ACV) for your vehicle. Auto insurance providers never pay more than the value of the vehicle when it is deemed a total loss. (See “Understand your options for a totaled car.”)
