Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. PDF filler is great!
it allows me to update an existing PDF document relatively easy and quick. Love that about PDF filler!
I like how user-friendly it is. Definitely easy to use, even for a beginner! It also enhances the PDF file you are trying to update.
I think every feature within PDF filler should be available to a paying member and not have these tiered membership structures.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

It works well, although at times its clunky, but I believe that is due to my pc being too weak to run it smoothly. I would recommend.
