It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.

Great Tool!
PDFfiller is wonderful for all those documents we have to go through and all the contracts we need done. They help fill in and make sure everything is in its place.
We have no issues as of yet with the system. It has been very helpful in fast filling the doucments we need.

I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me
I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms.
Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.

Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

What are the rules for tag along?
The tag-along clause itself grants the minority shareholder the right (but not the obligation) to participate in the sale planned by the majority. The majority shareholder must notify all other minority shareholders covered under tag-along provisions and allow them to join in the transaction.
What is the difference between tag along and drag-along?
Tag-along rights ensure that minority shareholders have the chance to participate in a sale initiated by majority shareholders while receiving the same terms and conditions. By contrast, drag-along rights enable majority shareholders to compel minority shareholders to join in the sale of the company.
What is an example of tag along?
If someone goes somewhere and you tag along, you go with them, especially when they have not asked you to. I let him tag along because he had not been too well recently.
What is a tag-along clause?
The tag along clause requires the minor shareholder to be allowed to join in on a sale. Both clauses are designed to give the minor shareholder the rights to receive the same price, terms and conditions as any other seller.
What is an example of a drag along clause?
For example, if a third party offers to buy out a company and the majority shareholder wish to accept the deal, a drag-along right will ensure that minority shareholders accept the buy-out. Basically the minority shareholders are dragged into accepting the deal on the terms negotiated by the majority shareholder.
What is the tag along clause in an agreement?
Also known as a piggyback clause, a tag-along clause exists to protect the minority shareholders in a company. When a majority shareholder wishes to sell its shares of a company to a third party, a tag-along clause entitles the minority shareholder to also sell its shares for the same price and on the same terms.
What percentage is the tag along right?
Threshold: Parties need to determine the threshold (i.e. the percentage of shares) that will trigger the drag-along right. This threshold is usually around 75% but this can be lower depending on the structure and bargaining power of the parties.

A drag-along clause protects majority shareholders from minority shareholders who may use their stake to block a takeover bid. For example, a buyer may want to acquire a 75% stake in a company, in order to be able to pass what are called special resolutions.
