I was nice to fill-out a PDF form in type.
Easy to use. Helpful with PDF form filling. Much more professional to submit a form in type to a city administration.
It was a bit expensive for a short time need of 1-2 months. We only needed it for submittal of forms to a city administration.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

How do you add a finish tag in Refit?
Click Annotate tab Tag panel (Material Tag). On the Options Bar: To set the orientation of the tag, select Vertical or Horizontal. Highlight the material to tag within the element, and click to place the tag.
How do you add tags in Refit?
Click File tab New (Annotation Symbol), select a template (such as, Door Tag. Click Create tab Text panel (Label). Click in the drawing area. Click (Add Parameter). In the Parameter Properties dialog, click Select and select the shared parameter to add to the label. Click OK twice.
How do you add a wall finish in Refit?
Click Modify tab Geometry panel (Paint). In the Material Browser dialog, select a material. Note that you can only browse for a material when you select the paint tool. Place the cursor on the element face to highlight it. Click to apply the paint. In the Material Browser dialog, click Done.
