A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Timer resolution is the smallest unit of time that can be accurately measured by that timer. Timer resolution for the CPU (which is the RTC or Real Time Clock resolution) differs from that of the API made available to the programmer by the operating system.
What does Timer Resolution do? Older operating systems (XP and earlier) would have it set to 15+ milliseconds as default. This could increase your ping by 10/15ish and maybe drop your fps by the same amount. So on older systems' timer resolution set to max would help.
Irresolution is an application to change the resolution of the default windows timer. The timer resolution will be globally changed while the application is running and will revert to the previous value when it is closed.
The High Resolution Timers system allows a user space program to be wake up from a timer event with better accuracy, when using the POSIT timer APIs. In the 2.4 kernel, HZ was set to 100, which means that the best accuracy you could get on a timer makeup in user space was 10 milliseconds.
Irresolution is an application to change the resolution of the default windows timer. The timer resolution will be globally changed while the application is running and will revert to the previous value when it is closed.
The High Precision Event Timer (PET) is a hardware timer that has been developed by Intel and Microsoft. Different timers may be used depending on which operating system you have installed on your PC, and tweaking the timers may improve the overall performance of your PC as a result.
The hr timer code implements a shortcut for situations where the sole purpose of a timer is to wake up a process on expiration: if function() is NULL, the process whose task structure is pointed to by data will be awakened. In most cases, however, code which uses hr timers will provide a callback function().
Timer in Linux Kernel This timer interrupts are generated at regular timer intervals by using system's timing hardware. Every time a timer interrupt occurs, the value of an internal kernel counter is incremented. The counter is initialized to 0 at system boot, so it represents the number of clock ticks since last boot.
