This is available everywhere where you go. You do not have to take your computer or have a software installed on your laptop. You can access it from anywhere else. In addition, it is very user friendly to navigate through the platform to accomplish what you would like to do.

This web site is quick and easy to use…
This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

PdfFiller is absolutely THE BEST! Beneficial and Convenient
I was able to reregister my daughter for Prep. school.
Only through PdfFiller I was able to email her to sign the form. She is in a whole other county. It would of taken me weeks to get all this done!
I even able to find the custody form in another state.

I am very pleased with the program but I was upset...
I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.

How long does Prevail Wage take 2019?
Once the initial planning step is complete, employers will typically request a prevailing wage determination (PhD) from DOL. As of 2019, processing of Pads takes about four months.
How long does a prevailing wage request take to process?
In order to file the PERM application, it is necessary to obtain a prevailing wage determination (PhD) from the DOL. This establishes the appropriate minimum wage level required for the position. Wage determinations take approximately six weeks, as of this writing.
How do you get a prevailing wage determination?
To request a prevailing wage determination for a Nonagricultural Immigration Program (PERM, H-1B, H-1B1, H-2B, and E-3) employers must complete the Form ETA-9141 (Application for Prevailing Wage Determination) and submit it to the National Prevailing Wage Center (NPC). Electronic filing is strongly recommended.
What is prevailing wage request filed with DOL?
As the first step in the PERM process, your employer makes a prevailing wage request to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) via its website, icert.doleta.gov/.
