WE HAVE a issue because date of birth format used by pdf filler is mm/dd/yyyy whereas in Australia all forms use dd/mm/yyyyy format. send me a solution tip.

How do you politely ask for salary?
Be polite but direct in asking about the starting salary. Show enthusiasm for the position. If the company has asked whether you're interested in the job, you should thank them for their message, state that the position does sound interesting, and then write “May I ask what the salary range is?”
Can your boss text you off the clock 2019?
It's not illegal, but you're not getting paid, so stop answering the texts. Depends on your pay structure and if you are being compensated for the time it takes to address his texts. If you are a salaried employee, your boss can text away without concern.
Can your boss text you on your day off?
Simple answer: Yes. It's legal. No laws require vacation time, and as long as she's not docking your pay for taking your kids to the doctor, she can bug you about it, and even require that you not do it. Long answer: Your boss has issues.
Do you have to answer your phone on your day off?
It's 2017. Turn off your phone or even better you can set your phone rings to a different ring for your job, so you know that it's them and just not answer. Your off day is your day to relax, do whatever you want and unless it's a dire emergency, they shouldn't be calling you.
Is it OK for your boss to text you?
First check to see if your company has an official policy on texting. For example, sending a text to let your boss know that you're running a few minutes late might be considered acceptable, but texting a long-winded explanation of why you're behind on a big project might not be the best idea.
Does your boss have to give you a day off?
Many jobs give you a break or two during the day, plus lunchtime. The law does not say your boss has to do this! If you work a shift of more than six hours, you must be given at least a half-hour for a meal break. There is no law that says your boss must provide paid vacation, sick, or holiday leave.
Can my boss contact me when I am off?
1) There is no law which says that an employer may not call you when you off the clock--e.g. before or after shift, on weekends or holidays, etc. So the employer may call you.
Can my employer contact me on my day off?
If not, you have zero obligation to take lengthy phone calls from your employer during your days off. Refusing to answer your phone might annoy you boss, but it's not something he/she can officially discipline you for. (You might get strips torn off you anyway, but at least you'll be legally in the right.)
