Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!

So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

Can I get my money back from Waterworks?
Through the Waterworks EZ Receipts® mobile app. Use your mobile device to snap a photo of your receipts and submit them for reimbursement. Though your Waterworks account. Log into your account, select the Pay Me Back option, upload a digital image of your receipt, and submit your claim.
Can commuter benefits be refunded?
Commuter benefits are an employment benefit provided by your employer for travel between your home and place of employment. Per IRS regulations, your employer can't refund your unused commuter benefits funds back to you. However, you can submit claims for eligible expenses incurred during employment for up to 90 days.
How does commuter reimbursement work?
With Waterworks Commuter Benefits, employees can use tax-free funds to pay for parking and public transportation-such as train, subway, bus, ferry, trolley, or vanpool-as part of their daily commute to work. Funds are moved to the account before taxes are deducted, which reduces their overall tax burden.
Can commuter benefits rollover?
Commuter benefits funds do not expire unless you leave your company. These funds will continue to rollover month to month, year to year, as long as you're still at the same company. However, when you leave the company, any unused funds in your account will be returned to the company.
Are commuter benefits tax-deductible?
In the past, businesses have been able to claim a federal income tax deduction on the amount they contributed to the commuter benefits program. However, the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017 eliminated the transit deduction for employers. You can no longer deduct commuter benefit contributions.
Can you withdraw money from Waterworks card?
The Pay Me Option You can withdraw funds directly from your HSA to pay for eligible expenses. This option works just like an ATM, but without the ATM fees. You may also have HSA funds directly deposited into your bank account or a check mailed to you.
Can I use my Waterworks card at ATM?
Use your Waterworks FSA Card (Card) instead of cash or credit at health care providers and pharmacies for eligible services, goods and prescriptions. The PIN cannot be used to give cash access at ATMs or cash back at merchants.
Can I withdraw money from my Waterworks commuter card?
Please note that you can't use your Commuter Card at ATMs or to receive cash back at merchants.
