I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

Have been able to add signatures change dates and update pertinent information on the documents. Have not used extensively, but have been able to do everything I wanted so far. Good product!

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

History saves only one document and can't change it.

Amazing product, highly recommend. I did have some slight issues that was a little frustrating, but I used another tool and It worked amazing. Thanks!

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
