This has been very helpful. My only problem is a tried to sign up for a monthly membership and I ended up getting charged and receiving a year membership. That part is a bit confusing.

as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
One Year Fit and Finish Warranty: California Civil Code Section 900 requires that Builders provide their purchasers with a one-year limited warranty which covers the fit and finish of cabinets, mirrors, flooring, interior and exterior walls, countertops, paint finishes and trim. The one-year period cannot be decreased.
This one-year correction period has become known in the construction industry as a one-year warranty. Both owners and contractors point to this provision as a contractual limit on the contractor's obligation to correct defective work discovered more than one year after completion of the construction.
Unless you specifically spell out a different time period in a contract, Utah law permits contract and warranty claims to be filed within six years of the date of completion (or abandonment) of the improvement.
Most, if not all, construction contracts contain warranties. A warranty that work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. A warranty that materials will be new and of good quality. And. A warranty that the work will conform to the requirements of the contract documents.
Most construction contracts provide for a 'defects liability period', which may run from 12 to 24 months after completion. Typically, the contractor will be responsible for any defects which arise during this period.
There are warranties you can buy, and the most common type is a 2-10 home warranty. 2 = 2 years of coverage for major issues, and 10 = 10 years of coverage for structural issues.
Most builder warranties cover material and workmanship on a new home for one to two years, with coverage that lasts as long as 10 years on major structural elements. There's much to be wary of these days in the world of new-home warranties.
Buying a home is typically the largest investment people make and Build mark provides warranty and insurance protection to newly built or converted homes. Cover starts from exchange of contracts and lasts up to a maximum period of 10 years after the legal completion date.
