If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form. I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed. The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

An “interspousal transfer deed” transfers title (ownership) between a married couple. A gift given by one spouse to the other during the marriage is considered “separate” (owned separately), not “marital” (mutually-owned) property.
Interspousal transfer deed forms transfer property ownership interests between spouses, for example, as a result of a divorce. ... It's a good idea to consult an attorney before you fill out an interspousal transfer form, in case you accidentally sign away your property rights.
One of the simplest ways to add your wife to the home title is by using an interspousal deed. You can transfer the property from your sole and separate property to mutual tenancy, such as joint tenants with right of survivorship, with your wife.
Several types of deeds may be used to transfer real estate to an ex-spouse. ... Because a quitclaim deed form provides no warranty of title, it is the most popular deed form to remove an ex-spouse. When dividing property in divorce, the goal is to simply to take the ex-spouse off of the title to the property deed.
Quitclaim deeds are written documents used to transfer ownership (title) to real property (such as land, a home, a condo or any other kind of real estate). Quitclaim deeds are also sometimes called quit claim deeds or quick claim deeds because they are a fast way to accomplish real estate transfers.
A quit claim is an unusual type of property deed as it contains no warranties of title. By signing the deed, the transferring spouse agrees to transfer whatever ownership rights he has in the property. However, the deed does not warrant or guarantee that the spouse transferring title is legally able to do so.
Quitclaim Does Not Release Debts Signing a quitclaim deed and giving up all rights to the property doesn't release you from any financial obligations you may have. It only removes you from the title, not from the mortgage, and you are still responsible for making payments.
A quit claim deed in a divorce or legal separation gives one party the sole ownership of the property. This allows that party to sell or mortgage the property without the approval or consent of the other party. It also allows that party to execute a will to give the property to anyone he or she desires.
When someone signs a quitclaim deed, it means that they're effectively giving up their claim or rights to the property. ... Keep in mind that a quitclaim deed has no effect on the mortgage, so even if you remove a person from the deed, all parties on the mortgage are still responsible for payments.
