Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? (4) I have a hearing problem, and need to be in e-mail contact with you (life3@gmx.com). Leon Taylor, Chairman of Vietnamese Bible, Inc.

GREAT product! Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier. This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean. I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

Indeed, fitness remains the top resolution every year among those who proclaim new year, new me. In a survey conducted by NPR and The Marxist Poll in November and December, 44 percent of 1,075 American adults said they were likely to make a New Year's resolution.
Roughly 55 percent of New Year's resolutions were health-related, such as exercising more, eating healthier and getting out of financial debt, according to the science journal The Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
According to U.S. News & World Report, the failure rate for New Year's resolutions is said to be about 80 percent, and most lose their resolve by mid-February.
The five most popular New Year's resolutions are 'exercise to get in shape' (19.7%), 'diet to lose weight' (18.3%), 'save money' (14.8%), 'eat healthier in general' (11.9%), and 'something for self-care' (5.5%).
A survey about New Year's resolutions published by Inc. has found that diet and healthy eating is top of the resolution list for Americans as they welcome 2019. Exercising more comes second (65 percent) followed by losing weight (54 percent).
The statistics on how many people actually follow through and accomplish their New Year's resolutions are rather grim. Studies have shown that less than 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% accomplish them.
Over half of all Americans (53%) pay for a gym membership, even if they aren't using it. Of those with an active membership, roughly 41 million (49.9%) actually get to the gym at least twice a week.
In the United States around 45 million adults (approx. 14 per cent of the population) have a gym membership, while in the UK 4.5 million adults (approx. 7 per cent of the population) have a membership.
This statistic shows the number of memberships at fitness centers/ health clubs in the United States from 2000 to 2017. In 2017, U.S. fitness centers had a total membership of 60.87 million. The U.S. fitness centers market consists of about 36,000 membership-based exercise facilities.
But 80% of Americans who have a gym membership don't go to the gym! Typical turnover is about 30% per year, with almost one-third of members canceling each year. In the U.S., there are now 34,000 gyms, fitness centers, and health clubs 6.4% more than only four years ago in 2013.
