I love PDFFiller, but I know I won't be using it often. I wish you guys have pay-per-use option instead of paying for a whole year. If not for this very important court doc I'm filling out, I won't even consider paying for a whole year.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Contact Lens Trial and Prescription The doctor or assistant would insert the lenses and keep them in for 15-20 minutes before the doctor exams the fit, movement and tearing in your eye. If after the fitting, the lenses appear to be a good fit, your eye doctor will order the lenses for you.
Other parts of a contact lens fitting include: Cornea measurements. An instrument called a hectometer will be used to measure the curvature of your eye's clear front surface (cornea). The hectometer analyzes light reflections from your cornea and determines the curvature of your eye's surface.
Why is there a Contact Lens Exam fee? This fee covers the extra tests performed by the doctor along with any necessary follow-up visits and trial lenses. These procedures are only done on patients that wear contacts. It is in addition to the services provided during the annual eye exam.
Contact Lens Fitting. When you go to your doctor for a contact lens fitting, he's checking your eyes to decide what strength you need, and what type you need. There are various types of contacts, some for sensitive eyes, some for astigmatism, and even some for those who need bifocals.
The doctor can, and probably will, charge for the eye exam or contact lens fitting. However, the only way the eye doctor's office can require you to pay for the eye exam, contact lens fitting, or evaluation before giving you a copy of your prescription is if they require immediate payment from all eye exam patients.
Typical costs: The cost for a fitting at a reputable clinic can range from $25 to more than $250. These fittings are often not covered by insurance, and prices vary by clinic and region of the country. Fittings are more complicated for patients with astigmatism or other eye conditions.
Some health insurance plans include vision care that covers fitting fees and contact lenses. Insurance plans vary, so call your eye doctor to talk coverage, or you can ask your employer, human resources director, or vision insurance company.
If you wear or want contacts, you need a contact lens exam in addition to a comprehensive eye exam. Your eye doctor will perform special tests during a contact lens exam to evaluate your vision with contacts. An improper fitting or prescription of contacts can damage the health of the eyes.
