In the Quick Access toolbar at the top of the Word window, click Customize Quick Access Toolbar (the small down arrow) and choose More Commands. Scroll down through the list of commands until you find Shrink One Page. Click Shrink One Page to select it, and then click the Add button.
Go to the VIEW tab, select Navigation Pane in the Show section, select the blank page thumbnail in the left panel, and press your delete key until it is removed. Check your sections: Go to the PAGE LAYOUT tab, click the Margins button, and select Custom Margins. Click the Layout tab.
Go to “Print Preview” and use the “Shrink to Fit” option in Word if you don't want to make the changes manually. “Shrink to Fit” changes the font size and margins to make the document fit on one page. In Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010, go to “Print,” “Print Preview” and then “Shrink to Fit” under the “Preview” option.
Open the print dialog by pressing Ctrl + P. Select the Page Setup tab. Under the Paper column, choose your Paper size from the drop-down list. Click Print to print your document.
Click anywhere in the table. In “Table Tools” click the [Layout] tab > locate the “Cell Size” group and choose from of the following options: To fit the columns to the text (or page margins if cells are empty), click [AutoFit] > select “AutoFit Contents.”
