I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

I think 40 dollars is too much, but...
I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

How do I log into my fit email?
Step 2: Go to https://myfit.fitnyc.edu and sign in with your FIT username and FIT password. Step 3: Click on the Gmail E-mail icon in the upper right-hand corner. Step 4: Your FIT Gmail will open in a new window.
How do I find my fit student ID number?
Your FIT Username, FIT Password and FIT ID Number (number) is provided by Human Resources upon completion of your new hire documents, if you have not completed this process please visit the Human Resources Office at 333 7th Avenue Floor 16.
How do I register for fit classes?
Please visit the Office of the Registrar's website at http://www.fitnyc.edu/registrar/registration/online.php. If you can log into My FIT but have additional Registration questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 212-217-3820 or email FIT_Registrar@fitnyc.edu.
Can you switch majors at FIT?
FIT students interested in transferring to a new major are not guaranteed admission. All internal transfer candidates will be held to the same criteria as external candidates for admission to the new major. By transferring between majors at FIT, students will be considered for semester one in the new curriculum.
How do you get into fit NYC?
With a high school diploma or a passing score on the General Educational Development (GED) test or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASK), you can apply to any of FIT's associate degree programs. After the completion of your associate's degree in two years, you can go on to earn a bachelor's degree at FIT.
How do I change my fit password?
Enter your FIT Username and your FIT Current Password then click Login.
Click on the Change Password option.
Enter and Confirm your New Password (Click on Show Password to see what you have typed) Passwords that contain a space will NOT work with the FIT Print Stations or Banner INB.
