I've just started the trial service but… I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

Surprised I had signed up for a year It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

Satisfied customer I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't… I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless.
