I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

One Year Fit and Finish Warranty: California Civil Code Section 900 requires that Builders provide their purchasers with a one-year limited warranty which covers the fit and finish of cabinets, mirrors, flooring, interior and exterior walls, countertops, paint finishes and trim.
