Basically a good PDF editor, the one failing is that formatting is not preserved during cut and paste. Could not get the correct formatting with the tools in PDFfiller.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) scheme is a government program designed to promote the uptake of renewable and low-carbon electricity generation technologies.
How do feed-in tariffs work? The Fit scheme provides a subsidy to any household or businesses that generates its own renewable electricity. This payment is funded by a small increase in people's energy bills. Payments are based on your meter readings and paid by your energy supplier.
Although the Fits are established in law, rather than coming from the government, the tariffs are actually paid by the energy suppliers. When you register a system for the fits you nominate which energy supplier you want to use. Under the legislation, this supplier is called the 'Fits Licensee'.
Households that generate their own electricity from renewable or low carbon sources, such as solar or wind power, can earn money under the feed-in tariff (FIT) scheme. This is a government program that pays you for energy you generate and export to the National Grid.
A feed-in tariff (FIT) is designed to support the discovery and exploitation of renewable energy sources. FIT shave long-term contracts, usually 15 to 20 years. Fits use guaranteed, cost-based purchase prices, with energy producers being compensated in proportion to the costs they incur.
The tariffs last 20 years for almost all the systems, except solar PV (25 years for systems installed before 1st August 2012) and micro-CHP (10 years).
Fit applications usually take between 4 and 5 weeks to process. We start by looking over your application and making sure we have all the right documents and that your installation is eligible for Fit payments.
Feed-In Tariff (FIT) rates. ... The below tariffs were updated on Friday, 5 April 2019, and are effective from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020.
This means that when the current Feed in Tariff legislation ends in April 2019, there will be no replacement. If you are already on the Feed in Tariff, then you will not be affected. To clarify, this means that you will continue to receive payments 20 years from when you joined.
Campaigners have for months been fighting to save the export tariff after the government revealed plans to scrap the flat rate payments to households after March 2019, when the Feed-in Tariff subsidy scheme will also end.
