Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

Letter Spacing Your letter should be in block format: the entire letter should be aligned to the left and single-spaced except for a double space between paragraphs.
Full Block Form When writing a letter using block form, no lines are indented. Include your name, address, and phone number where you can be contacted, as well as the date. You then include the name and address of the person you are sending the letter to. With new paragraphs, just skip a line instead of indenting.
Full Block Format (See Sample 1) In a full block business letter, every component of the letter (heading, address, salutation, body, salutation, signature, identification, enclosures) is aligned to the left. Also, first sentences of paragraphs are not indented.
Block style or block letter is a letter (usually business letter) format where all typed content is aligned with the left margin and no indentation. A block letter could be used as a template letter, one that is used for all correspondence of a specific nature or type.
