Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. Ability to sign documents and scan forms for filling.

Needs a text rotation tool and more shapes available. Also limited on fonts and text color.

I get W9 filled for clients easily. Contract signing digitally. I can make instructional maps using map templates and email directly to employees.
Ability to sign documents and scan forms for filling.

We make many fillable enrollment forms that are the same except for the title. Would be helpful if we could regenerate a new PDF (with the fillable areas in tact) and just change the title to make a new PDF

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

How do I fill out a notary affidavit?

What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? Notary laws and maximum fees vary by state. An average fee is $5. Some states are $10 or $15.
Do you need to notarize an affidavit?
An affidavit is a document written statement filed by an affine as evidence in court. In order to be admissible, affidavits must be notarized by a notary public. Once the affine acknowledges signing the document for its intended purpose and signs the affidavit, the document is notarized and becomes an affidavit.
Where can I notarize an affidavit?
You can visit the local judicial court complex or the Thesis complex of the area where you want to get your affidavit notarized. There you will be able to locate a notary.
