Fit Spreadsheet Bulletin: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

As PDF is the most popular document format used for business transactions, having the best PDF editing tool is a must.

All the most commonly-used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It helps you with creating presentations and reports which are both detailed and easy to read.

Though numerous online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding electronic signatures, collaborating with others etc.

With pdfFiller, you are able to edit, annotate, convert PDF documents into other formats, fill them out and add an e-signature in the same browser window. You don’t have to install any applications.

To modify PDF template you need to:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Search for the form you need from the online library.
03
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once the document is uploaded, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with others to fill out the fields and request an attachment. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a form’s page order.

This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

AutoFit is a feature in Microsoft Excel that automatically adjusts the width or height of a cell. ... You can double-click the line in-between a cell in all versions of Excel to AutoFit cells without having to go through a menu.
When a group of cells in a row are merged and the text wraps to two or more lines, double-clicking the row border just to the left of column A (or Format>Row>Autofit) auto-heights the row to one line of text. Either of these actions should heighten the row to fit the text in the merged cells.
Go to “Print Preview” and use the “Shrink to Fit” option in Word if you don't want to make the changes manually. “Shrink to Fit” changes the font size and margins to make the document fit on one page. In Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010, go to “Print,” “Print Preview” and then “Shrink to Fit” under the “Preview” option.
