The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

How do you AutoFit in numbers?
Resize multiple rows or columns: Select the rows or columns, then move the pointer below the bottom most row number or to the right of the rightmost column letter until you see, then drag to resize. They're resized proportionally.
How do you AutoFit in Word?
Select the entire table.
Make sure the Layout tab of the ribbon is displayed.
In the Cell Size group click AutoFit. Word displays a drop-down list of choices.
Choose AutoFit Contents from the choices.
