Worked well! Paid for it, might as well use it!
Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Very easy to use
That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same
That I had to save it twice in order to get what I had wrote. I also hate that the text box does not stay within the area you type in.

3/5 it was cool and yea sometimes know when to say no
