So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied!
