the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

How do I fix my fax line?
Plug in a telephone to the wall jack. If the line was plugged into the proper jack on the fax machine, unplug the line from the wall and plug in a telephone. Pick up the phone's receiver and listen for a dial tone. If there is no dial tone, then the phone line is the issue.
Why is my fax line not working?
If the cord is not connected fully to either the fax or the wall jack or not in the Line jack, it may be the source of your problem. Move or connect the cord properly. Disconnect the cord from the fax machine and plug it into the phone. Pick up the handset and listen to the dial tone.
