So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. Press the “Ins” key to toggle over type mode off. Depending on your keyboard model, this key may also be labeled “Insert.” If you simply want to disable over type mode but keep the ability to toggle it back on, you are done.
