The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

I was able to fill out a form easily and print it out. I had an issue and logged a ticket, and even though it was not an application issue, the support team was prompt and willing to help.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.

What do you like best?
Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.
