I found it to be very useful but expensive. I wish I would've had the option of paying monthly instead of a one time upfront transaction with no warning.

I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

Sidewalk Construction Permits apply to any repairs, replacements or new sidewalk installations. ... A permit is not required to install, repave, reconstruct or repair any sidewalk where the work involves an area of less than 25 square feet, unless the purpose of the work is to remove a violation.
It will typically cost between $664 and $2,016 with an average of $1,321 to repair a patio, residential walkway or sidewalk. Simple repairs can cost as little as $1.00 per square foot. Concrete will typically cost about $8.50 per square foot. Replacing brick runs about $10 per square foot.
Mud jacking Cost. The average cost to mudpack or level a surface averages between $548 and $1,340. Most homeowners pay an average of $930, though the cost can be as low as $300 or as high as $2,200 depending on the size and condition of the foundation or area.
The cost to build a concrete walkway ranges about $1,900 to $2,800. Paver walkways cost between $1,700 and $4,000. The material you choose, local labor rates, and whether the area needs to be leveled are the biggest cost factors for this project.
Step 1: Using a Chisel, Make the Crack Wider at the Bottom than the Top. Step 2: Clean Out the Debris with a Stiff Fiber or Wire Brush. Step 3: Fill the Crack with Patching Mix (also known as Vinyl Concrete) Step 4: Address Any Pop-Outs. Step 5: Wet the Surface and Apply a Concrete Bonding Agent.
Local Laws on Sidewalk Maintenance In smaller cities and suburbs particularly in residential areas sidewalks are still public property, but maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the adjacent homeowners. ... Maintenance and repair of private sidewalks is generally the responsibility of the owner of the sidewalk.
Do you own the sidewalk in front of your house? Simply put, you do not. The city (be it Fall River, Dartmouth, Seeking, Swansea, New Bedford, etc.) owns the sidewalk. Because a public sidewalk isn't your property, the liability associated with a slip-and-fall accident can't be attached to you.
The section defines public right of way as any street, avenue, boulevard, highway, road, thoroughfare, sidewalk, alley or any other property which is owned or controlled by a governmental entity. ... By these definitions, sidewalks are public property, just like streets are public property.
But that narrow space between sidewalk and street sometimes called a boulevard, median, hell strip, parkway, verge or tree belt is a gardening challenge. For starters, it's probably owned by the municipality but falls to the homeowner to maintain.
Can I Sue the City for Tripping on Uneven Sidewalks? The short answer: yes. You are always entitled to take legal action if you suffer injuries as a consequence of someone else's imprudent actions, regardless of who they are.
