A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Great system. A representative had a little bit of a short temper. I was asking questions because I really did not understand. So, I finished my chat and started a new one with someone different.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

I can edit PDF documents easily
What I like most about PDFfiller is the ease of use. I appreciate the program design to edit PDF documents without scanning or printing. It looks great.
I don't have anything negative to say. It works as described and I love it. I wish I knew about it sooner.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Best docs tool ever
Best customer service ever, very prompt response with 24hrs manned online support, this tool is the best and very convenient to use. Had an issue with my account so they did refund money i paid for the premium subscription in less than an hour.
