That for some semi-governmental organizations they will only accept a document if Adobe PDF is used and PDF Filler isn't acceptable

Is Flex Seal permanent?

Is Flex Seal tape permanent?
You do not need to drain the pool prior to applying FLEX TAPE®. FLEX TAPE® is a temporary, emergency repair and is not meant to be a permanent fix.

According to Swift, it is a super strong, waterproof tape that can instantly patch, bond, seal and repair. The commercial makes it look easy. You spring a leak and Flex Tape can fix it.
Does Flex Seal tape work?
The As Seen on TV product “Flex Tape” is supposed to work on all kinds of surfaces, wet and dry. “Flex tape grips on tight,” said Phil Swift in the Flex Tape commercial. It's supposed to patch, bond, seal and repair almost any product. Other TV stations have tested it on leaky pipes, and it held up.
Does Flex tape come off?
Flex Tape is complete junk. Flex tape can be removed with an adhesive remover. Use pliers or channel locks to pull edge while spraying adhesive remover on edge against surface it is taped to.
Can flex seal be removed?
Grab a damp rag and acetone×. Then scrub the metal until the Flex Seal is removed. This may require a little elbow grease. It'll come off just give it a heavy scrub.
