At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I like the fact I can do this online. But, being new, it's complicated finding my way around. I cannot figure out why the font changes size when completing column J - both lines.

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

Great customer service!
I contacted the company when I realized I had signed up for the wrong plan. Within minutes, they replied to my email and refunded me, as well as set me up with the plan that was right for me.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.
