I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

So simple to use I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again.. I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service.. So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

Kara provided great tech assistance and… Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
