The ease of use and tremendous amount of options make this one my most frequently used tools on a daily basis.
What do you dislike?
Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.

Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.

So far it has delivered on it's promises. Easy to use. Affordable. Customer Service is lacking helping with billing and establishing business account, but the product itself is great.

Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

How do you fix typing over letters?
To stop overwriting the next character whenever you type a letter, press the “Insert” key on your keyboard. The Insert key is located to the left of the Home key on most keyboards. You are not warned in any way when you enable or disable the over type mode.
Why do letters get cut off in Word?
Cause of fonts being cut off in Word Most common problems that occur are: Line spacing of the text is set to an exact height. In case the document shows 'Exactly' in the line spacing settings, it can happen that the measurement set is equal or less than the height of the font.
How do you change the font size of your text messages?
From the displayed list, tap the Settings icon. From the Settings window, in the left pane, tap the Display option. From the right pane, under the Font section, tap the Font size option. On the opened Font size window, tap to select the appropriate radio button to set the desired font size.
