What do you like best?
It's really easy to use PDFfiller compared to manually adding fields with standard graphic design programs. The usability of PDFfiller is outstanding for people with minimal backgrounds in working with document software. I like that we can make our documents interactive and can use templates to start off our documents without having to plan too much.
What do you dislike?

A CP05 notice is a letter from the IRS telling you that your tax return is being reviewed. The IRS may be reviewing your income, your tax withholding, tax credits you may have claimed on your return (such as Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit), or even Schedule C business income.
If you receive a CP05 Notice from the IRS, you aren't required to do anything. The notice indicates when they anticipate that the review will be completed and provides you with that date which is 45 days from the date of the letter.
A CP05 notice is simply a notice that the IRS is auditing you. You don't need to do anything unless you receive a follow-up letter from the IRS. This should happen within 60 days of your initial notice.
Depending upon the results of our review, if we find no issues, we'll send you your refund within 6-12 weeks, as long as you don't owe other taxes or debts we're required to collect. What happens if you find problems? We will send you a notice with additional information and instructions within 6-12 weeks.
The CP05 notice means that the IRS is holding your refund until they review and verify the following information from your return: Your reported income. Tax withholding amounts. Tax credits claims.
The IRS will attempt to verify whatever information triggered the review. In the meantime, you won't be issued a refund if you're expecting one. If you don't hear anything within 45 days from the date of the initial notice, however, you can follow up to see what happened to your refund.
The review means that your return is pending because IRS is verifying information on your tax return. They may contact you before processing your return.
There are many reasons that the IRS may review or hold a refund, such as: You have unfilled or missing tax returns for prior tax years. The check was held or returned due to a problem with the name or address. You elected to apply the refund toward your estimated tax liability for next year.
