When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. At first I had difficulty understanding how to use PDF Filler maybe because the way the dashboard was set up was that there were too many icons that made it seem too overwhelming.

I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment.
