When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

Review of PDFfiller Fairly good experience, would recommend. Ease of use once you figure it out. Many forms to choose from. Took a bit of time to understand how to get the form I needed each time.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky. For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Hands down best ever! This service is absolutely, hands down, beyond the shadow of a doubt one of the best services that I have ever utilized for document fill-and-sign, templates and basic document editing. I like it very much, I think it has great fearures... I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
