What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Forms authentication enables user and password validation for Web applications that do not require Windows authentication. With forms authentication, user information is stored in an external data source, such as a Membership database, or in the configuration file for an application.
Open IIS Manager and navigate to the level you want to manage. In Features View, double-click Authentication. On the Authentication page, select Forms Authentication. In the Actions pane, click Enable to use Forms authentication with the default settings.

Authentication in ASP.NET. Authentication is the process of obtaining some sort of credentials from the users and using those credentials to verify the user's identity. Authorization is the process of allowing an authenticated user access to resources.
Using Form-Based Authentication A client requests access to a protected resource. If the client is unauthenticated, the server redirects the client to a login page. The client submits the login form to the server. If the login succeeds, the server redirects the client to the resource.
Certificate-Based Authentication. To authenticate a user to a server, a client digitally signs a randomly generated piece of data and sends both the certificate and the signed data across the network. The server authenticates the user's identity based on the data in the certificate and signed data.
As with basic auth, form-based auth does not protect login credentials when connected over HTTP, therefore it is not more secure than basic auth in how it handles user credentials.
