hello and welcome to this edition of magic minutes in this lesson you will learn how to print reprint facts or email purchase orders and invoices from the respective menus from time to time a vendor or a customer may request another copy of the original purchase order or invoice it is important to note that the appropriate software must be installed on your system before you can fax or email I will first begin with the purchase order to do this I will choose the print reprint fax email purchase order from the purchasing Master menu and then enter my purchase order number I can now choose whether I want to fax or email this purchase order if I want to fax this PO I would place a y in the fax this PO field and press enter I would then type the fax number and press f2 to accept if I want to email this PO I will put a y in the appropriate field press enter and then press f2 to confirm I will then be brought to a prompt screen to enter the two email address you can also make changes to any of the other default email information on the screen default email information can be set up in the EDI set defaults menu within the special function Master menu you can learn more about this topic by watching the email defaults video on our page if you have multiple people that you want to send the email to Simply separate the email addresses with a blank space once I have entered the correct email information I will press f2 and my purchase order will be emailed as well as print to the designated purchase order outq the print reprint fax email invoice function works very much like the PO process to do this choose print reprint fax email invoice from the order processing Master menu you can then enter a specific order number and pick or you can input a specific invoice number I will input my invoice number and press enter I can then choose the printer outq and whether I want to fax or email my invoice I will place a y in the email invoice field and press f2 to generate the invoice like the PO I can then enter my two email address and make any other changes necessary I will press f2 and my invoice will print and be emailed to the customer I want to thank you for joining me for this edition of magic minutes be sure to click on the Subscribe button on the bottom rightand portion of the screen and check back often for more helpful tips from DPS

Now it is easy! so much better than printing a page, filling it out, getting my boss to sign it, scanning it, and emailing. upload a signature, fill it out, email or save to computer. easy peasy Honestly nothing. If I HAD to complain, scrolling from page to page on a multi-page document isn't always smooth scrolling.

When it comes to requesting certain tax forms and documents from the Internal Revenue Service agency, you can order such documents from the IRS through fax by getting a local fax number (or port your currently existing fax number) and add the ability to receive faxes in FAX. PLUS.

That can take about two weeks from the date they received your information. You should receive a letter acknowledging receipt of that response within 30 days. Your return should be processed within 68 weeks.
