Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

Love the app! Overall I really like the app and it has been quite useful for me as a realtor =) Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form. I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

A deed form is a document that is used to transfer the ownership of real property from one (1) party to another, granter to grantee. This is typically filled-in at the conclusion of a sale, referred to as the 'closing', and filed with the County Registry of Deeds.
Obtain the form deed from the recorder or register of deeds in the county where your house is located. ... Fill out the form. ... Sign the deed in the presence of a notary. ... Deliver the deed by hand or certified mail. ... Have your relative record the deed.
It is basically used to transfer property and doesn't include any protection from a title insurance company. To change or transfer a deed without a lawyer, obtain a certified copy and review the information. After checking for accuracy, use a deed form that allows you to fill in the blanks.
It will be filed with the appropriate county recorder's office. Usually the filing and recording process takes from four to eight weeks, and you will receive the new real estate deed in the mail.
Adding a family member to the deed as a joint owner for no consideration is considered a gift of 50% of the property's fair market value for tax purposes. ... Additionally, each owner will have a basis in their respective ownership interests equal to 50% donor's basis on the date of the transfer.
Fill in your name as granter, the identity of the person or entity you are transferring it to and the real property description. Sign the deed in front of a notary, then give it to the grantee and make sure it gets filed at the appropriate government office for recording deeds.
You need the deed to prove ownership of your house such as when taking out a second mortgage or selling the house. If you or your attorney doesn't have a copy, locate the deed at the county recorder of deeds office. Many deeds can be located by accessing your jurisdiction's online records.
