Follow these simple steps to start using the feature:

Upload the Form Paper
First, you need to upload the form paper that you want to fill out. To do this, click the "Form" button on the left side of your dashboard, and then click "Form Paper."

Next, choose the option to upload the form paper. You can either scan the paper form or take a photo of it using your phone camera. Make sure you save the paper form as a PDF document.

Add Fields
Once you have uploaded your form paper, click the "Add Fillable Fields" button. This will allow you to add text and signature fields to the form.

Click on the form where you want to add a field, and then choose the type of field you want to add. You can add text boxes, date fields, checkboxes, signature fields, and more.

Fill Out the Form
After you have added all of the necessary fields, you can start filling out the form. Click on a field to add text, and then use your keyboard to type the information.

If you need to sign the form, click on the signature field and use your mouse or trackpad to draw your signature. You can also upload an image of your signature if you prefer.

Preview and Save the Form
Once you have filled out the entire form, click the "Preview" button to make sure everything is correct. You can then save the form as a PDF, print it, or e-sign it if necessary.
