It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

A software process model is a simplified representation of a software process. Each model represents a process from a specific perspective. These generic models are abstractions of the process that can be used to explain different approaches to the software development.
Software models are ways of expressing a software design. Usually some sort of abstract language or pictures are used to express the software design. For object-oriented software, an object modeling language such as UML is used to develop and express the software design.
When dealing with high risk, the incremental and iterative (spiral model, agile methods) and design-to-schedule tend to be the best options. If you have poorly understood requirements or need to provide visibility to customers and/or management, that's often part of incremental/iterative models.
As for the difference between “process model” and “process”, Ian Somerville is pretty clear on that: a software process model is a simplified representation of a software process. Each process model represents a process from a particular perspective, and thus provides only partial information about that process.
There are hundreds of different process models to choose from, e.g: waterfall, code-and-fix spiral rapid prototyping unified process (UP) agile methods, extreme programming (XP) COTS But most are minor variations on a few basic models.
A software development life cycle (SDLC) model is a conceptual framework describing all activities in a software development project from planning to maintenance. This process is associated with several models, each including a variety of tasks and activities.
The goal of a software process model is to provide guidance for systematic- cally coordinating and controlling the tasks that must be performed in. order to achieve the end product and the project objectives.
Software Process Models A software process model is a simplified representation of a software process. These generic models are abstractions of the process that can be used to explain different approaches to the software development. They can be adapted and extended to create more specific processes.
